Before your eyes ever open in the morning you have a choice. What kind of a day do you want to have today? We've all been there. You're lying in bed, your first breath of the day only half way executed and you think, "Ugh, I have to do - fill in the blank" And unless we chose otherwise that thought colors our entire day. It just feels like nothing can go right. Right?
But we've all had the opposite kind of day too. The day when the first thought in our heads was "Wow, I get to - fill in the blank - today!" And that thought colors our entire day too. Everything seems easier. Everything seems possible. Those are our best days. Many mornings with my coffee - half decaf and half regular - I start my day by reading a few passages or pages out of inspirational books that I have collected and read. I know that my attitude is everything and that it shapes my perception and how I will see my day. For today I will share these two with you - I have pulled them from The Millionaire Mind by Marc Allen.
- I have everything I need, a miraculous body, a phenomenal brain, a vast and powerful subconscious mind. Now it is just a matter of focusing them in the right direction.
- The more you live and work in partnership with all, the happier, healthier, and more successful you will be.
The truth of the matter is that we always have the choice of having the second day. It takes a little bit of practice, but you can train your mind to rethink negative thoughts and make them positive. Sometimes words come out of my mouth and I will literally say out loud to the universe delete delete - just like you would do if you were typing the words on a computer.
You can train your mind to find the positive in any situation, if you are willing. When you take the time to train your mind to look for and appreciate what is positive in all situations you will find yourself living your best day over and over again. Give it a try. It's worth it. If you have not read Joseph Murphy's The Power of the Subconscious Mind - I would recommend starting there. You will be surprised to learn the power of our thoughts and minds.

Thanks Coco! I needed this, right now! Sometimes , all we need do is ask the universe for a sign. Well, I just did and voila, here it is on AR.
