Commitment and Consequences

What is your daily commitment?  What are the consequences for not fulfilling your daily commitment?  Daily commitments can be about your health, your family, your business or anything that you care deeply about.  Anything you care deeply about should warrant a commitment of daily action, don't you agree?  I believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing well and if you want to do something well you need a plan.

I care deeply about my health, so I have a daily commitment to eat right and exercise and I understand that the consequences of not adhering to that commitment are feeling run down and not having my normal quotient of energy and passion.  I care deeply about my business so I have a series of daily commitments having to do with my business.  I have well defined consequences for not taking daily action.

Having my daily commitments and adhering to a schedule has been a huge blessing in my life. Structure has saved me and kept me consistent.  By understanding the consequences (and there are always consequences) of not taking daily action, I find myself easily motivated to fulfill my commitments.  Taking daily action is a great way to see tremendous and continuous progress.

Coco, I couldn't agree with your more. Most people who choose not to succeed choose not to commit.

Coco, thanks for your post.  I agree once you make the committment and put into action the corresponding action the rest is easy.

Thanks Virginia!

Everyday I read books on the power of positive thinking, I listen to CDs about the laws of attraction and I meditate on all that I learn.  And I am a firm believer in mentoring - I have two mentors and I mentor several people.  I try to surround myself with positive people, like you! You seem like a very positive person who will have a great profile and a fabulous website, because you have an open mind.  Thank you for subscribing. I look forward to reading your blogs!
