Be Tenacious!

I love words, especially when they inspire.  There are a lot of words that could be used to describe a good real estate professional.  There are significantly fewer to describe a great real estate professional.  One of my favorites is tenacious.  All great real estate professionals are tenacious.

Tenacious; adjective - persistent in maintaining, adhering to, or seeking something valued or desired. Synonyms: Strong, Courageous.  It sounds ridiculously over simplified but when you get down to it, this is a business about showing up and being tenacious.  Of course there are other elements to being successful, being knowledgable, a good listener, having a sense of humor, etc.  But haven't we all known someone who had those other qualities and no tenacity.  They don't succeed.  You can't succeed without tenacity.

Be tenacious!  Be a problem solver, be the person who always follows through no matter what. Remove "quit" and "can't" from your vocabulary and be amazed at the difference in your professional life. Be tenacious!

It drives my nuts to hear my daughter who is 4 say that she can't do something that she hase never tried.  I make her do it and then show her that she can do it and it is amazing to see the look on her face when she does it.

Tenacious is my favorite word - like "driven" or "motivated", but friskier and with a little attitude (like me)!

Tenacious is a great word....I prefer relentless. Relentless pursuit of business, education, goals!
